At Safe-T-Plus, we start with only the best available tubing from one of the most trusted names in the steel industry. Each piece is cut to a precise measurement with our state-of-the art cold saws. The units are then measured with electronic calipers to ensure they meet our strict tolerances.

Our heavy-duty mechanical coils measure over ¼ inch in diameter and are available in various lengths for specific preload pressures. Safe-T-Plus coils are only compressed and never stretched so that they maintain their tensil strength over the life of the unit. Zinc plating is used on both the coils and inner sleeves to prevent corrosion.

The heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders are designed to maintain performance standards in temperatures from 100+ degrees Fahrenheit to -40 degrees Fahrenheit and even below with only a minimal viscosity change.
