Thank you for purchasing Safe T Plus Steering Control and Better Ride Products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to know about it first. If you purchased any of our Safe T Plus and Better Ride products line direct from the factory, you can return within 30 days of the original purchase date of the product. You may either exchange your product for another product or return for a refund from the factory only.

If, however, you purchased your Safe T Plus product or Better Ride product from an authorized Safe T Plus dealer, non-authorized Safe T Plus dealer, second hand, Amazon, or any other online resellers, you will have to contact the location of purchase direct to discuss returns and refunds.

To become eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Safe T Plus and Better Ride Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Please contact us before you send the product to obtain a return goods authorization (RGA) number.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping will be your sole responsibility. Shipping costs for factory return product or exchanges will be provided to you at no charge. Shipping will be for ground shipping only. Any requested expedited shipping, fees will be at your sole expense (sans ground shipping fees).
